My thanks to you all who participated in the workshop ‘We Own Our Own Health’, it was a super afternoon.

My intention with this workshop was to share my experience about how  the actions we do in yoga poses can affect our health , we did basic poses from all groups of asanas (standing, twisting, forward bends and back extensions, power and breath with focus in the actions of arms and legs.  Once these actions are understood in the basic poses we can go to more advanced poses keeping the same focus.

In the next workshop we will explore one group of poses with this same focus; the actions while in the pose and our health.
